Oh my--so good. Like drinking out of a stone goblet w/ stone ice cubes sprinkled in. '08s are showing great already.

One of those whites that benefits from air time. Funk blows off and complexity comes out. Becomes a very good Sancerre.

That’s the bottle. The one which sustained us through the entire evening. From the grilled octopus, to the couscous salad, to the chicken pâté. Never stops thumping. Four hour wine.

Bouche ample plus fraîche et délicate que la veille
Note de craie touche gourmand et massif
Finale dense avec un equilibre amer frais superbe mais simple
Un bon vin mais tarif surcote
