Edna Valley Vineyard
Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
A light Cabernet that's wet on the palate at first but finishes dry. Feels more like a noir for me. Subtle hints of blackberry, nothing overwhelming about this one. Priced at $15.99 normally, bought on sale for 13.99. Would not buy again

A good example on why mixing over-ripe and under-ripe fruit only results in what's bad about both. This is drinkable, but the sweet green streak will be what you keep coming back to.

Aug 9th, 2016Light Cabernet, with noticeable tannins. Mixed berry, with some spice notes. Price point was good at 13.99 on sale. Would par very nicely with a burger or steak.
