Altare was really singing after about 3 hours. Beautiful evolution of this classic Barolo which was really a treat.

Fantastic barolo. Roses and rosemary . Went perfect with my marinated skirt steak. The pound cake made this one taste like a chocolate truffle dusted with dark cocao!!

Fresh nose of rose petals, red fruit and wet earth. Bright cherry, licorice and a hint of barnyard. Lovely balance.
