Mar 20th, 20142011. Last bottle of L’Argentier. It was great to have multiple bottles their Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Rosé in the cellar this past decade. Always drinkable and great with food. The Grenache was my favorite, but the age on this Cinsault mellowed out the tartness and underripe flavors I noted early on. Big cherry on the nose and initial taste, then some spicy earth and smooth tannins.

Apr 27th, 2024This light bodied fruity Cinsault is great for summer and lighter meals. It is fairly well balanced with a decent amount of acidity that holds it up. Lots of cherry and a bit tart.

Jul 20th, 20152011. We've been to two dinners with this winemaker and really enjoy his wines! This one is light with slightly tart under ripe berry flavors.
