Classic California cab with big fruit notes of fig, black currant, black berries with a hint of black olive. The body isn't too heavy, medium acidity minus acidity, and the tannins tend to overpower the finish. This will probably be a lot better 2 years from now. The finish has a nice smoked meat quality. — 10 years ago

This light bodied fruity Cinsault is great for summer and lighter meals. It is fairly well balanced with a decent amount of acidity that holds it up. Lots of cherry and a bit tart. — 10 years ago
