May 28th, 2014NV. Oloroso. Walnut, chocolate, spice and wood. Some savoury overtones. On the palate, good piercing acidity, dry with a slightly sweet after taste, good long finish. A decent Oloroso - slightly lacking in complexity and concentration to be classed as excellent.

Smoky charred walnut.
First taste almost had that coca cola (like when you take that first sip.) vanilla and some fresh organic maple syrup (none of that aunt jemima crap). With lots of hold it at the end with the smooth finish
