Nose is like a lime lemon citrus creamsicle. It smells like shaved ice. Pineapple, guava and tropical with creamy undertones. Some herbs as well and it’s super clean and pure. Ripe tangerine and clementine. Smells warm and inviting like a hug of Muller Thurgau. Palate is engaging with nice acidity and freshness and terrific cut. Palate belies what the nose is as it has wonderful minerality and much less if any fruit that the nose promises. Lovely inner mouth aroma where the fruit presents itself and a nice finesse and even some tannin on the finish. Light yet very intense wine and a finish that is much longer than it should be. Nose gets more pungent with air and gets really compelling. Fantastic energy and now the finish gets bitter sour but in a very good way. The ultimate summer wine.
