This is like a rock quarry in a glass with some tart green apple and white flowers. Mild on the nose but lots of flavor on the palate. Lots of acidity on this why due to the high altitude vineyards of the Alps. This is a great wine for those hot humid days especially if you are into cool climate grapes.

Crisp, lemony, refreshing. At 12% it's very easy to drink. Not overly complex, but pleasing in its simplicity.
