Medium lemon , with golden hints . Slightly floral at first , with some honeysuckle , apricot, ripe apple , wet stone and slate . On the palate quite stuctured , intense , with more of the slightly saline , peach , apricot , ripe apple. High acidity with slate and chalky notes on the refreshing finish .
