Very refined and elegant Pinot with subtle flavours acidity and integrated tannins
James Suckling has rated Escarpment single vineyard Pinots very highly and his top was 99 pts for one of the 2013 offerings
And at 10 years I like the precision and clarity of the PAHI
This Martinborough pinot is up there with the best of Central Otago
Probably would develop further in the next 3 or 5 years

This Pinot Noir needs to be open at least one hour before consuming. Then it will reveal a flavorful, fruit-forward, inelegant Pinot Noir that would be a good choice with pizza or comfort food. Good if you are looking for this kind of wine.
