Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark chocolate. Plums. Nice bottle development.

Velvety smooth with coffee and chocolate plus blackberries. Drinking well although tannins not huge suggesting at back end of life

Blown away, bought a bunch off winebid. 1992 vintage and as good as old wine gets. Brandied cherries, licorice whip, blackberry, hints of camphor and cedar. Loved it in release and it's fantastic now

A saturated deep red, the '92 Etude Cabernet Sauvignon, is still a fine old wine. A little pass prime, it shows dried cherry, smoky dark berry and licorice aromas. Nice mature flavors of tobacco, menthol and savory herbs. It finishes rich with some oaky hints at the end.
