Jonquille Vieilles Vignes Terroir d'Ayze Gringet

Terrific perfume on the nose of flowers, green apple, gorgeous mineral and sea air. Very alpine but also some Rully thrown in. Palate is round and rich but very fresh and with great amplitude. Hay like green apple and rich minerality on a sapid palate staining finish that is very long and has nice finesse. Terrific bottle.

Complacent and shy, with bits of distinction. Needs a little time and brain juice to find the hidden quirks. The dill, the sour cream, the spearmint. Quiet entrances. Surrounded by a more familiar crew. Lemon zest, crisp pear, tangerine, and black pepper.

Fresh, alpine herbs, lemon, minerals. Definitely get a cidry note. Hint of jasmine. Refreshing and interesting at once.

Zesty, herbal, creamy mid, terrific acidity & freshness. Needs to unwind but fabulous now with a decant.
