Nose: amazing. Creamy. Elegant richness. Lemon flowers.
Palate: delicious generous pinot noir fruit. Balancing acidity. Lightly mineral. Man. The pinot fruit here is really textbook. Elegantly rich but not too much. So clean. No oxidation. So fresh and gulpable and delicious yet has that complexity.

Palate: so elegantly rich. Clean. Tiny bubbles. Lemon essence. A hint of echere butter on the sides of the palate.
