Stingingly bitter, but a certain fullness in the mouth nonetheless. It tastes like an underripe Pinot noir. I'm getting grapefruit and flowers, with some warmth on a surprisingly long finish. This wine is begging for some food to neutralize the tart.

A solid rosé with a light berry nose. Sturdy bodied palate of sour cherry and rhubarb with good acidity. I like it!
