2015 Fattorie Romeo del Castello - Etna Rosato (91 pts) #winereview - Easily the best Rosato, I have tasted in all of Sicily. The color very deep for a Rosato, almost as dark as some producers Etna Rossos. Aromas of ripe strawberries, red currants, crushed rocks and a note of salinity that carries through on the palate. Medium weight on the palate with striking acidity. Finish is long with a lingering white pepper spice. I would love to see how this ages, but its delicious now. #wine #winelover #wineterroir #winetasting
