Interesting somewhat obscure wine from northern piedmont. Very amber in the glass, quite nutty on the nose. Mouth filling but with less acid than expected. A bit “straight down the middle”

Campfire notes on the nose. Nutty with some mineral acidity. Not too fruity. Grain cold weather white.

10% barrel ferment I think. Really highlights the structure and minerality it seems.
