Lovely pairing with Bramley apple and rhubarb crumble custard, which subdues the wine flavors for a harmonious combination. While pairing it with a sticky toffee and dates pudding, highlighted the wine flavors but also made it feel more alcoholic. Both were good but I prefer the pairing with the apple custard. Also the port is good by itself!

Perfect for drinking after dinner... with apple pie! Fruity, a bit of spice. Wonderful character. Highly recommended.
