Ashley's Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir

Also a lush and weighty but fruit-driven style.

Overripe jammy fruit. Flabbiness the result of not enough cool nights on the vine.

While PN from Sta. Rita Hills is known for its bight red cherry fruits, this one has a bit more dark fruits laced with warm spices and still vibrant acidity. The palate is supple and elegant with deep complex flavors. Velvety tannins. At its peak.

Impressive Rich Red/Blue fruit and lots of it. Solid mid-palate complexity with great overall texture. Long mouthfeel. It's a full bodied Pinot, but varietal and regionally correct. Still plenty of acidity. A really enjoyable Sta. Rita Pinot Noir, that is going to go the distance.
