Very oaky, light chard smell, no aftertaste. Tastes of lemon, lime and oak. Crisp and great with harder cheeses and sausages.

This is truly the greatest New World Chardonnay I've had that would rival a French Chassagne Montrachet. The strong pear, green apple, and lemon tartness is mellowed by a burst of honey and candied fruit that is so well-balanced with the acidity it is imminently drinkable either on its own or with a multitude of light foods. My new obsession among the white wines.
