This was a wonderfully unique Pinot noir. Wild ferment, zero additions, no oak contact and they even repurposed sparkling bottles. Red fruit with a slight effervescence and a mineral funkiness. You won’t find this on the self of your big box store along with all the other generic tasting wines. The suggestion was to serve it chilled but I liked it better after it warmed up slightly. Looking forward to future bottles from this wine maker.
