Crisp, like a cucumber out of the garden, but with dry, semi-tart raspberry taste on your tongue. I think many reviews rate it as a Pinot Noir. I would agree it is a 'bit thin for a Pinot', but this is a Rosé. A present from Hall. Served with panzanella.
