Smooth cab. Let it breathe for an hour or so (we used a wide carafe). Berry/cherry nose, a bit of wood (pencil, in a good way), finish is shorter than it could be. Very nice with grilled hanger steak.

Well, this is such a nice BONUS WINE. This is why we come to the vineyard. What a treat. I wish it was available and I wish I did not drink all of ours.
