They said Foradori-level good. And they were right. A teeny amount of petillance, but it’s super clean and correct. Savory and plummy; a bit low in acidity. Why isn’t everyone on LI planting Teroldego? Fantastic stuff.

This is 100% teroldego, not a blend. Very brambly dark berry fruit, but not overly fruity: full of savory and saline flavors: bell pepper and celery. Its got that Long Island taste. Was great with arroz de polvo (Spanish style with pimenton).
