This organic Fontasnasanta is a great example if you haven’t tasted Manzoni Bianco before. Exhibiting hint of petrol, mineral with orange peel, ripe stone fruit and savory dried herbs notes. Beautiful baking spices and honey followed by lifted acidity with great length and finish.

I knew this was a ‘skin contact’ white so I had low expectations. Not amber or orange at all in color. Vibrant fruit. Finishes a bit short with a hint of bitter.

Very unique wine with great length! Earth tones to start, peachy citrus in the middle, and a subtle bitter dryness to finish. Love it!!
