Naturally fermented in amphoras. Kind of risé and orange in the glas. Very smooth tannins, dry, roses, so attracriv because not comparable to other whites.

Peach rose color. Green strawberry, yellow peach, ocean spray/salinity. Wild red cherries, just ripe. Textually stunning. Absolutely fascinating. Unique, and delicious. So salty.
