2012 vintage. I like what these guys do. Dominant Cab Sauv in the blend. Color is very dark, but some lighter red hue on the rim. Palate tastes a lot brighter than the Cab Sauv bottle, also coming primarily from Dry Creek. Lively dark cherries, licorice and stewed cherry. Still has a structure component. Opened 8/28/15

Light and fruit forward. Cherries and plums. Little depth and tannins. An enjoyable picnic wine with cheese, but not enough depth and terroir for a great steak.
