Pale golden color. Fantastic bone dry appley acid, lemon peel, and steely flint with undercurrents of beeswax and honeysuckle. Nothing beats Thanksgiving at home in California.

Fireworks and Lemon. Reductive funk held on the nose for a while. Palate showed citrus and tea. The acid and funk was a bit predominate for me, yet everyone I was with loved this wine. A very interesting experience in aged Sec. Def one to try.

Pale gold. Loads of flint. Bruised apple and juiced lemon. Honeycomb. Dried white flower. Waxy texture with an abundance of sec acid. This thing is ALIVE. Forever ahead of it.
