Nice burger pairing

Well here’s one way to wash out a long, tough evening—forlorn hope indeed. But it sure brightens the palate and spirit. Fresh, bursting cherries, spring blooms, with just a pinch of baking spice. Lots of zippy acid keeps the mouth watering.

Decaying leaves, figs, shoe leather, wonderful effervescence. For 12.5% it started a little hot on the nose but has mellowed. Awesome recommendation from Nicholas at goat.sheep.cow south!

I've always loved this wine and this vintage seems especially aromatic.

This was outstanding! Glad I waited to open this one up. Deep blueberry fruit, gorgeous acid that was perfectly integrated, herbal notes. Perfect with our grilled burgers. Wish I had more in the cellar!

Something alluring in here. Light bodied, dark purple, with a bit of fizz on the first two days. Plummy with almost a dark chocolate taste. A unique, delicious, and intriguing bottle.

Light, with lots of strawberries... Finished with some slate.. A funky but delicious wine.

New year, new wine: Portuguese grape in Calif. Bright red berries, sweet spices, light body, floral nose. It’s a pretty wine.
