Liquid Gold! Strong minerality with citrus and mild butter aromas. On the bud, it’s smooth with citrus notes and a bit of tartness on the finish. Great with Smoked Salmon and Bok Choy. It’s a really nice winery to visit in a remote location ! Great service and the coast is spectacular.
