Weighty bottle for a cheap wine. Boring label. Color is decent if a bit dark for classic Pinot. Smells like matches and cooked berry pies. Tastes ok. Bit of earth. Pretty smooth. Simple. Hint of oak on the finish. This is more 2.5 stars than 4, but it’s alright.
