Subtle, complex. Ripe melon on the nose. Palate: bosch pear, stone fruit, unripe squash, gun flinty minerality and a touch of oak.

Would not have pegged this as Chablis just based on the nose alone; fairly ripe fruit from such a cool climate. Weightier mouthfeel than I was anticipating as well with a biting minerality.

Fruit forward take on Chablis. Lush, fleshy stone fruit with some hints of ripe berries. Little bit of oak comes through & while the acidity is present, it is secondary. Good stuff.
