AFFORDABLE WINE RATINGS cont.
Okay. This is Francis Coppola Diamond Collection 2019 paso robles!!!!! Bingo. Lavendar and wildflowers on the bouquet. No tartness at all!!!!!!! As you know most affordable Cabs these days from Cali are drinking very tart. Not this one. Blackberry, black cherry, dark currant leads the tastebuds to a dark chocolate mocha and oaky beginning. This is followed by an immediate sensation of fresh blackberry pie with a very dry finish.  there is something else that I cant put my finger on. It has hints of dark soil and earthy graphite somewhere in there moving back-and-forth into the palate. I’m craving a drink of water right now but I’ll tell you this I’m having another drink first.  I suggest you get a bottle of this diamond collection and see what you think the complexity is very nice.  got it... cigars and English pipe tobacco !!!
