Coteaux de Champlitte Chardonnay

Surprising négoce wine by François de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles, one of our favorite producers in Savigny-les-Beaune/Corton. This is 100% Chardonnay sourced from organic/biodynamic vineyards in the Coteaux de Champlitte, a little known appellation north of Jura, in the in the Franche-Comté department. Expressive nose. Vibrant, lovely nose of crisp green apple. Fresh, medium-bodied, mineral, great texture, good acidity
