Brut Nature Champagne Pinot Blanc

(Opened 24hrs) first night quite dry/austere and closed. Acids dominante palate. Day 2: blossoms into ginger, wet gravel/river stones, bitter lemon. Really quite lovely.

Disgorged 2014

Nerdy bubbles. Lots of acid, though I would have pegged it more as a Ln extra brut. Citrus, apple, and bruised honeysuckle. Autolytic, and slightly oxidative. Bubbles run out somewhat quickly, but it's delicious flat.

A very refreshing and lively selection to get the evening going. Lovely nuttiness and dryness that make for some awesome bubbles.

15/20 Бледный лимонный цвет. Средней интенсивности аромат. В первом носе сильная кефирная нота. Во втором носе яблоки (ранетки, падалица). Во вкусе кефир, лежалое яблоко. Высокая кислотность. Средней продолжительности послевкусие. Интересное, но специфичное.
