Drank next to the 1998 Napa valley Viognier - Joseph Phelps. Perfect example of Condrieu with little or no signature of the maker. This is a pure and honest terroir capture. Everything is in perfect balance here. Fresh and flowery, minimal minerals. This girl is completely all natural, no make-up, no fancy clothes. She dresses in all white, drinks tea, and tends to the jasmine bushes. Classical love.

Jan 29th, 2015Zero stuffing. No one is at the wheel of this brew. Precision cut by nature and unadulterated by opinion. Respect to the man who gets out of his own way. If you are interested in Condrieu I would suggest this as a starting point...she makes girls wearing even minimal amounts of make-up look trashy.
