Full yet flat, not as bouncy as the initial fruit flavors would indicate. This was a pleasant treat, though I'm not as familiar with syrah.

2021 is in the measure of previous vintages. Violet, black pepper, freshness and chew carried by a salivating mineral tension that is well expressed from the attack to the final. A pretty syrah wine to drink from his youth.
2021 est à la mesure des millésimes précédents. De la violette, du poivre noir, de la fraîcheur et de la mâche portée par une tension minérale salivante qui s’exprime bien de l’attaque à la finale. Un jolie vin de syrah à boire sur sa jeunesse.
