Beautiful, biodynamic bubbles. Gruner, Zweigelt, and Pinot Noir. Medium bodied with extremely approachable acidity. Hint of brioche on the palate but this really leads with green apple, citrus, and some stony mineral tones.
Went great with risotto cakes on a pea purée.

I enjoyed this. Crisp green apple and brioche notes, with some nutty character as well. Good balance. Drinks like a champagne that is at twice the price point.
