Out of 375 a little flabby very ripe rustic after a couple days open filled in a little but does not show grand cru quality to me. I have had better village wines . Maybe I had a bad bottle? I hope so!

As good as I remembered - an elegant, complexed burgundy that pairs well with French or fusion Japanese food. Super silky, long finish. Still a lot of life left in this 2005 vintage wine (opened April 2021). Delicious!

Lots of power. Layered and complex. The ‘05s are starting to come around. Delicious.
