Really lovely Rhone... great with cheese, Italian cream sauce pasta. Nice silky tannins, full bodied. 2009 vintage, opened April 2021. — 4 years ago
As good as I remembered - an elegant, complexed burgundy that pairs well with French or fusion Japanese food. Super silky, long finish. Still a lot of life left in this 2005 vintage wine (opened April 2021). Delicious! — 4 years ago
Great everyday drinking champagne. Nice and dry...with small tight bubbles. Would be great with oysters, etc... — 4 years ago
Really enjoyed this one…quite elegant yet plenty of fruit. A long velvety finish…Delicious! Opened January 2022. — 3 years ago
Nice silky tannins, inky, Bordeaux like beauty from Washington state. Great value! A lot of mid palate, graphite/minerals, followed by a long finish. Still quite young, good for many years. Opened in June 2021. — 3 years ago
Wow! What a beautiful, velvety drinking elegant cdp... Very well balanced but a little lighter body than expected. A 40+ sec finish... even better as it opens up!!! 2005 vintage opened on CNY 2021 (Feb) — 4 years ago
An elegant champagne with tight tiny bubbles! Really enjoyed it during New Years Eve countdown!!! — 3 years ago
Killer nose, cherries, leathery and highly structured with fine tannins. Benefits from a long decant of an hour plus. In fact, I enjoyed my second day sip even more??!!! Definitely will benefit from a lot more aging. Opened on Christmas Eve 2021. — 3 years ago
A wonderful pairing with lobster bisque and goat cheese tart. Nice acidity and minerality (not too flinty) - great flavors on the mid palette. Had the 2016 vintage in Dec 2020. — 4 years ago
