A medium bodied red with a little more fruit than you’d expect. Moderate tannins and dryness. A decent finish, but not overwhelming. It went perfectly with the Portuguese style lamb shank I paired it with while in Praia Rocha Portugal with good friends the Noce’s. They had filet mignon which also worked well. — 2 months ago
