Drinking the ‘14 and it’s still too young and tight. But you know this is going to be amazing. Stemmy in mouf and barnyard (in a good way). Lay it down and expect great things.

Sep 4th, 20212014 vintage. Opened but not decanted. Probably a mistake as the wine was muted for the first 30 mins after opening. Light-medium bod. Raspberry and plum suggestions frontal/mid palate. Tannic references available upon request. Showed decently but have tasted better exactly same specimen previously. Seemed slightly muted but not flawed. Blaming it on me decanting previous bottles of selfsame but not this one. How to lose a wine in a second. My bad. Call me the same name as Steve Martin's dog in The Jerk. Grrr.
