Nov 2nd, 2016Prune and overly ripened fruit, Cherry compote in the nose. Retains a nice brightness, mild tannin throughout, earthy with mushroom and tobacco. Color is moving toward brick red. Sediment is super fine, not chunky or crystallized. Drinking with homemade menudo and it's a perfect pairing!
