What a difference 4 months make (or bottle variation)! This bottle is much more integrated with baking spice, figs, strawberry jam, but a wonderful earthy and almost tobacco like component. Really well balanced.

Was expecting more - does this want to be a cab or a Zin!? Has the tannin and power of a cab but lacks the fruit of a true Zin. Maybe it needed more time in the cellar!?
