May 3rd, 2026Intense wine, full of acidity and bitterness of lime, grapefruit, orange zest, green pine-apple and peach kernel. Really dry, as well. Complex, both on the nose and the palate, salty, mineral, oriental spice and a lovely touch of eucalyptus.
Great with a chunk of Gorgonzola Dolce and crackers.
