I worry when I hold wines a long time of they past.their prime not so with this 2003 cabernet. If recorked could have went another 10.years. the tannins were smooth yet overall body was still jammy. Strong blackberry notes a little lingering leather. Wish I bought a case. Darn — 10 years ago
