Tasted this Barbera Superiore made from three different generations at this small family producer in Castaglione delle Lanze just outside the Barolo DO. Speaking with the current wine maker science and precision regarding harvest, maceration and fermentation time are to blame for the recent elevation in quality. Very good, Decanter just gave it ninety two points.
