More zinfandel than in previous vintages at 48% leads to a jammy red fruit - concentrated nose and some intriguing tannins on the palate with a wonderful mouthfeel. I'm an unabashed fan of blends and this is one of the little known better ones.

Had it with some Alta Langa Carboncino goat cheese. Really really good pairing. The wine has licorice and cherry notes with a little spice from the Syrah. Very easy and enjoyable.
