This wine has held up extremely well--delicious--complex. Nose is a tiny bit yeasty with hints of banana, papaya and oak. Palate is soft and almost unctuous, with great depth, revealing a complex blend of apricot, banana and acidity. Continues to change as it opens and warms. Paired brilliantly with our aged Gouda and cave-aged white cheddar.
