Took this home free as our boss wants it off stock. Has a real cab franc sock-pong on opening, and the it's the wrong kind of cloudy. But have seen someone claiming this really opens up, so we'll see. Pairing this with end of shift midnight noodles.

This is my favorite type of medium bodied wine. Smells like steel in the glass. Schisty, with no bite. Lingers. Paired with braised chicken thigh over risotto.
