The perfect bottle for a weekend in SoCal. Fresh, cold berries with a pleasantly amaro grip - tahini and bitter herbs. So refreshing as the temperature nears 100.

Inviting aromas. Intense flavors.

Huge fruit and weight mouth feel. Texture is big, fat, rich. Very nice but overpriced.

Beautiful red fruit basket on the nose. High acidity, deep and structured. Very elegant Rose

Dry peaches and rose petals.

Have enjoyed this several times and every time I have it, I like it better. Not one dimensional like a lot of Provence roses.

Notes of watermelon and jasmine on the nose. Faint tropical fruits on the pallet. Light body and color, but rich and fat texture. Lots of minerality and acidity. Super food rose for a party or a crowd.

👃🏻 Acetone, alcohol (it burns the nose a bit), violets, herbal/grassy
👅 citrus, citrus rinds, ginger, medicinal drawer, high acid and ended with grape fruit pith
✍🏻 Pretty high alcohol for a Provence. Not in love with it.
